What the process looks like:

Phase 1: Initial Consultation

We start by inviting you to sit down with us tor a detailed conversation about your project. We discuss your ideas, style preterences, and the overall scope of the work. This is where we gather inspiration from any images or references you may have, ensuring that we tully understand your needs. To determine and define the options, goals, and set a realistic budget for the project.

Phase 2: Design Proposal

After understanding your vision, we craft a detailed site survey for measurements and photographs to coordinate on the design concept of phase one.

ID drawings: Which include site setting out, turniture plan, floor finish, plans, elevations, and sections based on the approved design.

MEP Proposal: We recommend the optimal placement of electrical points, sanitary ware, and AC grills to align seamlessly with the design.

Phase 3: Material Samples

To further refine your project, we present samples of materials that could be used in your space.
After the approval of Phase 2, a mood board and presentation will be arranged according to the budget agreed. It will cover the following:
• Floor, Wall & Ceiling Finishes
• Lighting Fixture (including socket and switches plates)
• FF&E and soft furnishing
• Accessories
• Mood Presentation
This allows you to feel and see the materials firsthand, ensuring they match your aesthetic and functional needs.

Phase 4: 3D Visualization

Once we've gathered all the details, we bring your vision to life through detailed 3D renders. These visualizations allow you to fully immerse yourself in the design, seeing how every element will come together to create your ideal space.
Once the drawings, material selection and mood boards are approved, a meeting will be scheduled with a Bill of Quantity based on the budget given.
